The LaNova Medical Management Department supports its clients to define and clarify the structure and function of the client’s Health Services Department. LaNova provides a definition of authority and accountability for medical management activities within the client‘s organization, articulates the scope and content of the client‘s Medical Management program, identifies the roles and responsibilities of individuals involved, and outlines the client’s program evaluation process.
